SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed, your payment is approved and the address is verified.
After your order leaves us, delivery times vary depending on the location of your shipping address.
If an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email and it will ship as soon as it becomes available.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Typically, it takes 3 business days for an order to be shipped.
Keep in mind for Sea Moss Gel & Elderberry Syrup, we ship on Mondays & Tuesdays so that we do not have any added delays over the weekend. Sea Moss is shipped in a BPA Free Multi Layer Protection freezer bag.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To Return or Exchange a Product
Unopen products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for 100% money back guarantee, excluding shipping and handling.

Please email us at slap2health@gmail.com with a subject line titled Return and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. You may also call us at (740) 424-2269.

Wrap the package carefully. All return products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our address.

Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.

Please note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling or gift-wrap charges. We will issue a full refund for the original purchase.
Opened products may not be returned for any reason for health and safety reason (unless the product is defective which guarantees you a cost -free reshipment of the product or an alternate product).
