How to Prepare Soursop Tea

Ingredients:

- 1–3 fresh Soursop leaves or 1 tablespoon of dried Soursop leaves per cup of tea

- 2 cups of water

Preparation Instructions:

1. Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of fresh, filtered water to a boil in a pot or kettle.

2. Add Soursop Leaves: Once the water is boiling and add the 1–2 fresh leaves (or 1 tablespoon of dried leaves) simmer for 10 minutes, remove it from heat

3. Steep: Cover the pot and let the leaves steep for 15–20 minutes. This allows the beneficial compounds to infuse into the water.

4. Strain: After steeping, strain the tea into a cup or teapot to remove the leaves.

5. Serve: Enjoy your Soursop tea warm, or let it cool and serve it over ice. You may add honey or lemon to taste if desired.

Note: For optimal flavor and benefits, Soursop tea can be consumed 1–2 times a day. Adjust the number of leaves according to your taste preference, using more leaves for a stronger infusion.
