Where does our Sea Moss come from?
Our sea moss is harvested from the pristine ocean in St. Lucia. Sea moss is a highly regulated industry. All shipments are inspected and stamped by the Ministry of Agriculture on the island and again inspected by Dept of Agriculture when it arrives in the U.S.
How much sea moss gel should I take daily?
We recommend starting with 1 tablespoon a day. After a week, you may increase to 2 tablespoons a day based on your body's response.
